Meet The Doula
Heather is a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula (CBED, CPED) and Childbirth Educator--and a mother of two who truly gets it. Before stepping into the birth world she spent many years in executive roles, but everything shifted when she began preparing to start her own family. She dove deep into research and learning, expanded her knowledge of nutrition, interviewed birth workers and healthcare providers, and had the birth of her dreams. The experience left her feeling empowered and inspired, and she felt called upon to share her knowledge.
What started as casually supporting friends and neighbors soon grew into something more meaningful. Heather realized how much she loved helping families. Heather brings a calm, reassuring presence and a genuine passion for helping others. She blends holistic practices into today's modern lifestyle, making it easy and realistic for anyone to walk the path towards family wellness. Whether she is guiding parents through childbirth education, creating postpartum meal plans, or offering hands-on support, her goal is simple: to help families feel prepared, supported, and have a positive experience as they begin this new chapter together.
